Salmon three ways with seasonal sides you hadn't thought of before. In this workshop we'll prepare a visual and taste bud feast to share over lunch or dinner, winter and summer

Our workshops are a conversational evolution of culinary creativity and recipe sharing. Annabel will style up a vintage French cheese curing board with pantry staples and retail food foraging finds, sharing tricks and tips learnt from her years in the food sector and entertaining. You will have the opportunity to chat with Annabel as she works, photograph the board and enjoy a very generous feast.
Each workshop includes:
- Ingredients and supplier suggestions
- Preparation methods
- Champagne/matched wines
- Inspired non-alcoholic drinks
- Menu notes
- Take away lunchbox treats
About Annabel ...... Annabel O'Neill has been involved in hospitality for many years in varied and different roles, but more importantly, she is highly creative and could make fish fingers look gastronomic.
Bring a healthy appetite - there's plenty to eat and drink (you may like to Uber home!)
