Food Styling - Small Bites | Preparation & Presentation Workshop

Simpler than inviting friends for dinner, this workshop eases the panic of what to serve when you've invited friends for drinks.  Big flavour and indulgence with minimum fuss.  We'll share simple ingredients in tricked-up, sumptuous flavour combinations so no one ever goes home hungry after popping in for drinks.

Saturday 19 October  2019 2-4pm

Our workshops are a conversational evolution of culinary creativity and recipe sharing.  Annabel will style up a vintage French cheese curing board with pantry staples and retail food foraging finds, sharing tricks and tips learnt from her years in the food sector and entertaining.  You will have the opportunity to chat with Annabel as she works, photograph the board and enjoy a very generous feast.

Each workshop includes:

  • Ingredients and supplier suggestions
  • Preparation methods
  • Champagne/matched wines
  • Inspired non-alcoholic drinks
  • Menu notes
  • Take away lunchbox treats
